In the rear area of the residential complex, the foundation level has been largely reached and the soil has been removed. Last week was very noisy and dusty. However, all above-ground structures have now been demolished, and work on the shoring for the hotel underground garage is beginning. The foundation level has been reached in several places, especially near the pool. Unfortunately, the cold and hot water supply lines to the pool and changing rooms were damaged during the tie-back drilling operations. Starting Monday, the leak must be located and repaired to restore full functionality (the pool remains in operation and does not require heating during the summer).
We would like to inform our valued guests that construction work will begin in the immediate vicinity of the hotel starting April 15, 2026. The hotel will remain open and fully operational throughout the duration of the work.
